Reconnect and move your body with Teena Lyle

Gentle movement to live percussion to shift stuck energy followed by a heavenly sound bath of crystal bowls.

‘The Lark Ascends’

Lie Down and experience soaring sounds with “International Sensation” Violinist Philippa Mo and pianist Christina McMaster including Vaughan Willliams’ beloved Lark Ascending.

Session Details

Session 1 :

Friday 24 January

12noon Mid day Re:Fresher

Yoga movement and sound healing 1.5hrs

The first half of this session uses connected breathing and seated yoga postures to open you up for the sound healing and lying down piano music.

You’ll be guided by London based artist and yoga teacher Emma Jane Landolt in a session perfect for all levels of yogis and if you’re curious to experience the benefits of an extended shavasana (lying down pose) Revitalise yourself for the weekend, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and revitalised for the rest of the weekend.

This is for you if you’re always wanting shavasana to last just a little longer…

Re:Open Your heart

Heart opening Cacao Drinking Riutal with Queen of ceremony Emma Jane Landolt then Lie Down and Listen with Tibetan bowl sound healing and blissful baroque and classical piano music played by pianist Christina McMaster.

This is for you if you're looking to feel the love and magic in your life.

 

Session 4:

Saturday 25 January

Reconnect & Re:Create

10 - 12noon Neurographic Art Workshop with Kay MacGowan

+ Lie Down and Listen to classical piano with Christina McMaster

Kay will guide you through the Neurographic intuitive session, which allows you to express your creativity and feelings through colour, movement and shapes. You’ll be guided to put thought to paper in a way that expands healing, supporting of self-love and kindness. 

Suitable for all levels.

 

Integrate discoveries from the Neurographic Art session with a lying down concert and sound healing experience which will allow you to continue allowing your imagination to roam and finally awake feeling deeply rested.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, your creative juices flowing and confident as you’ve had the courage to try some out of your comfort zone.

Session 5 & 6

Lie Down and Listen: Metamorphosis

2pm- 3.30pm

5.00pm -6.30pm

Solo Piano and Tibetan bowls

The focus on these sessions is allowing the experience of transformation, momentum and metamorphosis. The music you'll hear includes Philip Glass's Metamorphosis performed by Christina McMaster - powerful, hypnotic and uplifting. The session will include a guided yoga nidra relaxation and meditation - you'll leave feeling rested, connected and revitalised.

Come to this session if you’re looking to expand your perspective, activate your imagination and allow for deep rest.

Session 7:

 

Sunday 26 January

10am - 12noon

Reconnect and Move your body with Teena Lyle

Reconnect to your body and nourish your entire being with morning movement to live percussion and piano then reset your nervous system with sound healing as you lie down and listen. Session guided by Teena Lyle - percussionist for Van Morrison, reiki master, sound healer composer crystal bowls sound healing.

Benefit from the sounds of crystal bowl frequencies.

This session is for you if you know you need to try something new and want to feel the liberation and endorphins of moving your body followed by deep rest.

Sunday 26 January

2pm - 3.30pm/ 4.30pm - 6pm

Elevate your Sunday, as you reconnect to and elevate your spirit to blissful sound healing and music designed to be experienced tin the English country side with Vaughan Williams’ The Lark Ascending played by international sensation, violinist Philippa Mo. Soar high above the clouds with this blissful Tibetan bowl sound healing and lying down concert experience.

Come to this to feel the cathartic release and emotional highs of classical music. You'll leave feel like you're floating on cloud nine.
