Tibetan bowls and live classical piano
The sounds you hear will combine classical music performed live by pianist and Lie Down and Listen founder Christina McMaster and the purifying Tibetan bowl sound healing and piano.
This particular experience is inspired by a vision of the Universe by 12 Century Priestess, plant medicine healer, and sonic visionary Hildegard Von Bingen.
It’s powerful and many feel like it’s an emotional release and uplifting experience.
