​What to expect

DAY 1​

Metamorphosis

​

Your experience will begin with an intention of setting and feeling into your heart, creating space for reflection on how you want to set the tone of your year and beyond.  In this safe and supportive environment, embody the experience of alchemy: creating the potential for transformation, momentum and metamorphosis.

​

You'll be guided relaxation and deep listening. Then Christina will guide you through Tibetan sound bowl healing.

In a deeply relaxed state, you'll be carried by the hypnotic, rhythmic and uplifting sounds of Philip Glass' five movement work 'Metamorphosis' played on harp and also piano.

DAY 2

Baroque Bliss

​

​

Allow your soul to dance with blissful baroque sounds which will cleanse and lighten your entire being, you'll want to move with your heart and soul.

​

You'll be guided through an intention of welcoming in lightness, joy and dance.

​

The Tibetan Bowls will purify and as you lie down in a relaxed state, you'll hear baroque music played on the Lute - a gentle and soul soothing instrument - similar to guitar but more gentle. You'll also hear music on the Theorbo - a gently and deeply resonant baroque instrument provokes a deep sense of grounding.​​
