“There is the music of heaven in all things"
Hildegard Von Bingen
This Special Sunset 90mins sound healing and lying down classical concert experience will leave you feeling rejuvenated mentally, emotionally and spiritually inspired by mother nature as you Lie Down outside on soft mattresses in the grounds of Asthall Manor, Cotswolds.

What to expect
Your experience will begin with a guided relaxation and deep listening to the sensations and sounds of nature. Then Christina will guide you through Tibetan sound bowl healing. Helping to restore harmony to out of balance vibrations — caused by stress, illness, or emotional challenge. Equally nature itself supports the body to restore and recover.
In a deeply relaxed state, harpist Cecilia de Maria will lead you into a deep summers reverie as she plays harp music including composers inspired by nature such as Debussy, Philip Glass, Einaudi and more. This lying down concert is not only an artistic creation but a 'concert' in the holistic sense - a coming into harmony with all.

‘Summers Dream’ will be held within the grounds of Asthall Manor, a gorgeous Jacobean Manor house steeped in history, where the current owners have envisioned and cultivated a home where art, nature, and sustainability co-exist in seamless harmony with the area of outstanding natural beauty.
To mark the sunset and close of the session, you'll be served refreshing drinks.
Take in the moment and enjoy a gentle stroll amongst the gardens after the special experience.

“Glance at the sun. See the moon and the stars. Gaze at the beauty of the Earth's greenings. Now, think.”
~ Hildegard von Bingen
