“This meditative inward journey was aesthetically, audibly, orally, emotionally and cognitively pleasing – an absolute treat for the senses”

– Event attendee

Inspired by the new Chocolate House Greenwich exhibition, join us for an evening to remember in the stunning Painted Hall. This event creates the opportunity to slow down and absorb the vibrations of live harp music, whilst taking part in an uplifting, restful and meditative experience.

Your host, Emma, will guide you to reconnect with the ground beneath your feet and inwards to listen to your heart. Emma will lead you through a divine cacao drinking ceremony and, with your heart gently opened and deeply nourished, you’ll then get to lie down and bathe in the vibrational bliss of the live harp performed by Cecilia de Maria.

The session will include a guided relaxation and meditation with pianist/sound healer Christina who will share the healing sounds of Tibetan bowls.

You’ll leave feeling rested, connected and revitalised.

Plus, you’ll receive a treat from small batch chocolate creators Tosier to take home with you.

What shall I bring?

All mattresses, cushions and blankets are provided, so just bring yourselves and anything else you'd like to ensure your comfort.

What shall I wear?

I recommend wearing something super comfortable and bringing a few layers and even a pair of extra socks. The body temperature can drop when lying down so it's good to be prepared, then you can focus on absorbing the beautiful vibrations.

When shall I arrive?

I recommend arriving 10-15mins prior to the session to allow yourself enough time to get checked in, take your shoes of and settle onto your mattress and the space.

Can I take pictures?

You're very welcome to take pictures before and after the session, but to protect each others privacy, we ask that you ensure phones are off during the session.

I'm pregnant, can I lie on my side?

Of course! This is about your comfort, so however you feel most comfortable is

Do I need to know how to meditate?

No, these sessions are about the sound and music, there will be elements of meditation (focusing) but this will all be guided and supported by the sound and music.
